Support Microsoft Power Platform applications in production and non-production environments.
Handle application deployment, testing, release management, and post-implementation support.
Manage incident, problem, and service requests while coordinating with support teams.
Conduct design walkthroughs and document application/database changes.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of SDLC, deployment, testing, and release management.
Extensive experience with
Microsoft Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Proficiency in
Dynamics CRM, Office 365, .NET, C#, TSQL, and MS SQL Server
.
Experience with
application/database design, UML modeling, and Microsoft Unit Testing tools
.
Familiarity with
Agile development, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio
.
Strong incident, problem, change, and release management experience.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
.
Public sector experience is an asset.
