Candidate Profile Details:

• Degree/Certifications Required: Computer science or related
• Years of Overall Experience: 8yrs
• Preferred Candidate Background: FI or tech or related
• How will performance be measured: Metric oriented
• Selling Points of Position (CVP): Working within a leading FI organization

Summary Of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• The hired candidate will be assigned to enhance a financial cross banking money transfer application, It is a tier 1-program with critical timelines set for it for a full commercial launch on Q4 2026. It is a customer facing application, hence the sensitivity is huge, and requires someone who has solid experience building critical online applications( not APIs).
• Though the demand is secured for Java expertise, the candidate should be well-versed working in a web development arena, and will be a plus with type-script and react exposure.
• Work with Application owner/architects to solution complex transformational type of engineering problems.
• Ensuring java coding hygiene, being an advisory/champion to other developers
• Participate in Application design and make sure the coding practices are followed
• Java expert within the Pod, Delegate to the Pod tech lead for any clarifications/questions.
• Well versed with full-stack system design( not APIs) able to ideate and strong troubleshooter for Single page web application.
