As part of the Global Wealth Management (GWM) team, we support a dynamic and highly regulated portfolio of business applications that are critical to the delivery of world-class financial services.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development within the banking or financial services domain Proven experience in system migration and application integration projects Strong technical background in Linux, WebSphere, and Oracle environments Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with network, firewall, optimize performance, and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams Manage and coordinate incident resolution and problem management, ensuring root cause analysis and long-term fixes are implemented Support application health checks and day-to-day operations Assist in change management, deployment planning, and coordination with business and technology stakeholders Contribute to disaster recovery planning, server patching, and certificate renewal processes Provide input on process improvement, automation opportunities, and standardization of development practices

5+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including backend systems, APIs, or enterprise-level applications 5+ years of experience in a financial institution Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in production environments Strong communication skills, verbal and written Solid understanding of IT operational processes, including monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis Experience working in complex environments with hybrid cloud and on-premise systems Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms

Nice-to-Have:

Exposure to Wealth Management business applications or financial services systems Experience with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial systems
