Responsibilities:

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes: developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Additional Skills for Oracle Software Developer:

Experience in conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions. Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to be able to oversee the quality assurance of the project from technical perspective

Experience in developing functional design document Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA) Experience conducting user research and usability testing Experience developing user personas and user journey maps Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD Experience researching and applying industry best practices Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system), identifying and documenting business rules Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents Demonstrated experience in identifying risk and providing solutions Demonstrated experience with creating quality assurance plan and writing test cases
