Software Developer
Fenwick, ON
$85k to 115k per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture: Collaborate on architecture decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Full-Stack Development: Build responsive interfaces, develop APIs, and manage databases (PostgreSQL).
Quality & Reliability: Write tests, conduct code reviews, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration & Agile Practices: Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.
Optimization & Maintenance: Monitor performance, handle logging, and continuously improve code and processes.

Requirements:

Relevant diploma or degree
Proficient in Go, Python, C#, or C++ with experience on Linux and Windows.
Knowledge of Agile development, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
Must meet Controlled Goods and CSP Level II Security Clearance requirements
Must live in the Niagara area
Must have flawless communication skills and very strong interpersonal skills

Assets:

Full-stack (Angular) or mobile (Android/iOS) development experience.
SQL/database programming and networked application knowledge.
Familiarity with big data, GIS, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
