Job Summary:
This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week on-site. The primary responsibility is translating technical specifications into functional, tested Siebel CRM applications. This includes programming, debugging, unit testing, and troubleshooting software issues. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development lifecycle, design and develop CRM applications, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Translate technical specifications into functional, tested CRM applications.
- Program, debug, and unit test Siebel CRM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the SDLC.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document CRM applications using structured methodologies.
- Develop and execute unit testing scripts.
- Configure Siebel environments (picklists, LOVs, multilingual support, data visibility).
- Integrate Siebel with web services and middleware.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (blueprints, build-books, manuals).
- Share knowledge and code with internal staff.
- Work with relational and hierarchical databases and query languages.
- Ensure application adherence to AODA, WCAG, and web accessibility standards.
- Participate in agile project delivery.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5+ years hands-on Siebel Public Sector 8.x experience, including recent experience with Siebel IP 2018+.
- 3+ years Siebel data model, OpenUI, Smart Scripts, and e-Services experience.
- 2+ years PM/PR scripting with OpenUI.
- 5+ years experience developing/testing scripts and configuring multi-org data structures in Siebel.
- Experience with BI Publisher Reports and integrating Siebel with web services.
- Hands-on experience with AODA/WCAG and accessibility technologies.
- Experience in agile teams and documentation best practices.
- Proficiency in object-oriented and/or third-generation programming languages (Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD), internet-ready applications, and information management principles.
- Experience with installation script modifications and post-implementation support.
- Experience conducting design walkthroughs and creating user/system documentation.
Special Considerations:
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.
Scheduling:
Shift timing will be discussed during the interview process. Scheduling authority will be determined based on team needs and project deadlines.
