:Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
-Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
-Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using Swift, Kotlin, and/or Java.
-Integrate third-party services and APIs, such as Firebase, payment gateways, and analytics tools.
-Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure a seamless user experience.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development and propose innovative solutions to improve products.
-Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
-3+ years of hands-on experience in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) app development.
-Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
-Experience with publishing applications on the App Store and Google Play.
-Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative workflows in Agile/Scrum environments.
-Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Nice-to-Haves:
-Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
-Background in performance optimization and memory management for mobile apps.
-Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
-Exposure to GraphQL APIs and advanced mobile app testing frameworks.
-A strong portfolio or examples of apps you've developed or contributed to.The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.
