Software Developer (Full Stack / Backend)
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We're seeking a Software Developer with strong coding, problem-solving, and analytical skills to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end software applications
• Build and optimize APIs, databases, and server-side systems
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Implement authentication, data validation, and performance monitoring tools
• Collaborate in Agile development environments using Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Participate in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and technical discussions

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience (co-op/internship experience considered)
• Proficiency in Go, Python, C#, or C++
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git)

Preferred Experience

• Full Stack Development with Angular, React, or similar frameworks
• Mobile app development (Android or iOS)
• SQL database management (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Background in network programming, distributed systems, or data analytics
• Knowledge of GIS or geospatial visualization tools
