$85k to 110k per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end software systems
• Build and optimize APIs, databases, and server-side functionality
• Write, test, and document clean, scalable code
• Implement authentication, data validation, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development (including co-op or internship experience)
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Go, Python, C#, or C++
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments
• Knowledge of Agile development practices and version control (e.g., Git)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full-stack development (e.g., Angular, React, or similar frameworks)
• Mobile app development (Android and iOS)
• Proficiency with SQL and database management (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Understanding of network programming, distributed systems, or data analytics
• Experience with GIS or geospatial visualization tools
