What you will do:
Act as a technical stakeholder for multiple projects, partnering with development managers to define technical roadmaps.
Identify and resolve technical challenges that unlock new product opportunities, writing high-quality, well-tested code.
Collaborate with a team of developers, simplifying coding patterns and interfaces, while continuously learning and teaching.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses strong experience in software development, specifically building web applications at scale with Ruby on Rails.
Demonstrated success in mentorship within an Agile process, particularly with large-scale SaaS products.
Exhibits a keen interest in improving craft using AI and a diverse knowledge base to solve complex technical problems.
