EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Currently a candidate for a Master's, Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.
Responsibilities:
You will:

  • Take initiative, learn quickly, and experiment with new tools and ideas while working with global teams.
  • Build sample integrations using APIs and SDKs, along with helper scripts for validation and extensions.
  • Prepare evaluation datasets and create scripts to validate results, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Test NTA scripts with agents and collaborate with engineers across networking domains (IP, Optical, and Fixed Networks).
  • Contribute to reference HLD/LLDs and maintain documentation, how-to guides, and wiki updates in partnership with domain experts.
Qualifications:
You Have:
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/React, with comfort working with JSON and YAML.
  • Ability to understand existing codebases and develop new features or enhancements on top of them.
  • Solid understanding of Linux, cloud fundamentals (GCP/AWS/Azure), and familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts (pytest is a plus).
  • Interest in developer tooling, automation, and working with SQL or MongoDB for database tasks.
  • Basic familiarity with AI/NLP concepts and a willingness to continue learning in this space.
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Experience building ref workflows for config generation / chunking validation
  • Writing UT for automation utilities
