Software Application Instructor

(Must be located in Greater Vancouver)

Or client\xe2\x80\x99s application bridges the gap between provider compliance and patient convenience, to deliver services independently. The platform includes a built-in, easy-to-use suite of fully-integrated tools for accounting, documentation, sales, inventory, booking, managing patient data, and more, making it possible to deliver fully-compliant mobile medicine across 50 states.

As a Software Application Instructor you are responsible for educating and training customers, as well as creating training videos and materials on how to effectively use our App product offerings. You will ensure our customers can maximize the value of our App by providing them with comprehensive and engaging training experiences, enabling them to effectively use the product to meet their needs and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Training Webinars: Your primary responsibility is to design and deliver training sessions remotely, to educate users on the features, functionalities, and best practices of the software.
  • Create training materials, slide decks, or video tutorials to support the learning process.
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the software. This involves effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns raised by the audience.
  • Content Development: Responsible for creating and updating training materials, user guides, documentation, and other instructional resources. This includes writing clear and concise instructions, creating interactive exercises or simulations, and ensuring the content remains up to date with any software updates or new features.
  • You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to roll out new features or enhancements.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and collecting feedback from users is important to evaluate the impact of your instruction. You may use surveys, assessments, or other evaluation methods to gauge user satisfaction, comprehension, and skill development, and use these insights to refine and improve your training approach.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an enablement/customer success/onboarding capacity from a SaaS environment
  • Experience creating and hosting webinars and live demos of a software product
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment
