As a GrowMate(TM) Mentor, you are a professional guide and

Character Advocate

. Your main duties include:

Lead Structured Activities:

Facilitate engaging,

in-person

sessions using the

Triple-H(TM) Principle

(Head, Heart, Hand) across the

Eight Accompaniment Pathways(TM)

(e.g., STEM Projects, AI Literacy, Social Practice).

Skills Cultivation:

Systematically guides children to apply and develop the

SPECCC(TM) Six Core Soft Skills

(Social Skills, Problem Solving, EQ, Communication, Critical & Creative Thinking, Confidence & Growth).

Stakeholder Communication:

Provide professional, values-aligned updates to parents on their child's milestones and developmental focus areas.

II. Qualifications & Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking individuals committed to professional excellence and long-term growth:

Education:

Currently enrolled student or high-potential

alumnus within 3 years of graduation

from a

top local university

or highly competitive local college (undergraduate or graduate level).
