We are a passionate, global, and fast-paced team working with several strategic partners and are committed to enhancing the overall agility and survivability of the modern warfighter and tactical operator.THE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITYGalvion's competitive summer internship program provides the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team on a wide array of projects that have a direct impact on our organization. Interns will gain practical work experience and growth and development opportunities while experiencing great exposure to our industry.Our interns are embedded in multiple areas of our business and will be assigned a mentor to be their guide for the duration of the program. • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Fashion Design/Apparel or equivalent combination of education.
• Assist with construction of new items
• Experience with a Laser Cutter
• Assist in inspecting FAIs and preparing detailed reports
• Updating Technical Data Packages and Sewing Instructions.
• Experience with PAD V6, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint and General Microsoft Office
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well effectively and collaboratively with others in the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
