Soda Stream - Sales Assist

What You'll Do

• Program Duration: September 12 - November 30 (12 weeks)
• Virtual Training: 3 Hours
• Store Rotation:

• Wave 1 - Store 1 for 6 Weekends
• Wave 2 and 3 - Store 2 for 6 Weekends
• Work Schedule:

• Week 1-6: Friday to Sunday
• Week 7-12: Thursday to Sunday

Working hours will align with peak in-store traffic periods to maximize customer engagement and influence purchasing decisions. Specific shift times will be communicated by your manager.
Key Responsibilities

• Transport booth, banners, and product to store locations each week
• Pre-call stores to confirm scheduling
• Set up and tear down booth displays
• Capture engaging photos of booth and sampling experience
• Engage customers with 40-50 samples per hour
• Represent the client's mission and products with enthusiasm
• Drive interest and sales through dynamic interactions
• Actively engage, educate, and close sales with customers
• Complete daily check-ins and submit reports each shift

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience an asset
• Access to a car to transport booth and materials
• Smartphone for real-time reporting
• Able to lift 60+ lbs
• Willing to travel within the region to all assigned stores
