Panacea Massage Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled

Registered Social Worker

to join our growing wellness team. This role is perfect for someone who values a collaborative approach to health and wishes to practice in a beautiful, supportive environment within our tight-knit Babypoint community.

About the Role:

You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals seeking support for mental health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans. Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical records in accordance with professional standards. Practice in a caring, ethical, and professional manner, adhering to all regulations set by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Be available to work during your scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

Must hold a

Master of Social Work (MSW)

degree from an accredited university. Must be registered and in good standing with the

Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)

. Must carry professional liability insurance. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation:

Competitive split:

60% commission split for the practitioner.
