The Role



As a Social Worker at Field Trip Health, you'll be a key part of a client's healing journey. You'll combine therapeutic expertise with the social work perspective--helping clients navigate not only their inner world but also the social, relational, and systemic factors impacting their mental health.

You'll work with clients experiencing:

Treatment-resistant depression Anxiety and trauma PTSD and OCD Chronic pain and addictions Eating disorders
You'll also have opportunities to expand your practice by participating in group programs and learning other psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy modalities as our programs grow.

What You'll Do



Provide counselling and psychotherapy services in a psychedelic-assisted environment (primarily KAP) Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Help clients integrate breakthroughs into everyday life and relationships Provide crisis intervention and connect clients with resources when needed Document care using JaneApp EMR Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, psychotherapists, and the wider care team to deliver best-in-class client support Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development Contribute to clinic culture, policies, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For



Registered Social Worker (RSW or MSW) in good standing with your provincial College 2+ years of clinical experience in counselling, psychotherapy, or social work practice (preferred) Strong interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and openness to learning new modalities Passion for supporting clients with complex challenges and diverse backgrounds Collaborative, flexible, and aligned with our mission to transform mental health care
