JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES: Health Innovations of America is hiring full-time Social Worker within our Behavioral Health and Autism Division in Minnesota. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect accurate ongoing data on client\xe2\x80\x99s programs
Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
Compliance with all related organization policies and procedures
Attendance at staff meetings and training
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A desire to make a difference in someone\xe2\x80\x99s life
Compassion
Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work Master degree preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS;
2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness or children with emotional disturbances
Master\'s or other graduate degree in Social Work
BCBA or BCBA students or those interested in obtaining BCBA\xc2\xb7
RBT or BCaBAs\xc2\xb7
One year of experience working with children, teens, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field\xc2\xb7
PREFERRED CLINICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Can effectively utilize ALL Discrete Trial Training (DTT) components
Consistently implements motivational systems as recommended
Exhibits knowledge and implementation of a wide range of curriculum
Can accurately assess functions of behavior
Exhibits knowledge and implementation of a wide range of behavior plans (proactive and reactive)
Accurately collects and condenses data (behavior and curriculum)
Seeks professional knowledge and feedback
Implements feedback
Consistently attends mandatory staff meetings
Consistently exhibits professionalism (dress, is on time to appointments, interfaces professionally with others)
Can communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
