Job Description
Under the supervision of the Manager of Life Enrichment the Social Worker will provide daily support to residents in LTC. The duties and responsibilities shall be conducted in accordance to policies & procedures and work routines of the Home while always respecting the residents' rights.
Must be experienced and proficient in resident assessment and documentation including care planning and RAI/MDS.
Must possess a degree in Social Worker Therapy from a recognized University.
