We are seeking a
Registered Social Worker (MSW)
who shares our vision and passion for supporting autistic children and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking model of care that prioritizes neurodiversity affirmation and real-world impact. You'll play a crucial role in providing psychosocial support, advocacy, and guidance to empower families and foster well-being.
What You'll Bring
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
from a recognized university program.
Current registration and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
Demonstrated experience and genuine passion for working with autistic children and their families
, coupled with a strong understanding of neurodiversity-affirming, developmental, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches.
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and delivering evidence-based counselling and support to individuals, families, and groups.
Knowledge of community resources and the ability to effectively advocate for and connect families to appropriate supports.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and with families.
A proactive mindset, eager to contribute ideas and solutions to enhance our services.

Compensation
We offer a
highly competitive wage
that reflects your expertise, ranging from
$42.59 - $55+ per hour
