Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Social Worker able to work with our pediatric population to join our team.

In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals and families facing various challenges, helping them navigate through difficult situations.

As an Independent Contractor, you will receive commission, have a flexible schedule that you choose, have an administrative team to do billing and scheduling as needed for Spark clients, with the ability to complete business training, and join a great family culture!

We use evidence based, functional therapy strategies and work together with the clients family.

Duties

Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies. Provide counseling and support to individuals and families in crisis. Facilitate access to community resources, services, and programs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes. Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in navigating social service systems. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

A degree in Social Work or a related field is required. Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker and Registration with the College of OCSWSSW. Experience in social work practice, particularly in case management or counseling settings. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Supervisory experience is a plus, with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff.

Pay: $49.00-$91.00 per hour
