The opportunity:

Reporting to the Workplace Support Programs (WSP) Clinical Supervisor, you will be providing counselling services for Lifework's Workplace Support Programs clients.

Who are we looking for :

• Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work;
• Registration with NS College of Social Workers or Counselling Therapists;
• Post-masters clinical experience;
• Training and experience with substance abuse is mandatory;
• Ability to use or have knowledge of clinical assessment tools and develop treatment plans;
• Able to write reports in a clear and concise manner;
• Experience and expertise with mandated clients is an asset;
• Basic knowledge of community resources and case management skills.
