At Solasta (gaelic; adj - luminous, shining) we know that mental health needs to be prioritized now more than ever. We recognize that a person's mental health is a culmination of their mind, body, and spirit, and we aim to bring all of these together in one space.

In our bright and beautiful office, our support staff will handle all of the administrative tasks; appointment scheduling, client intake, insurance claims, billing, and marketing & advertising. We want to free you from all these headaches, so you can focus on what matters most, your clients.

One of our partners, and our lead therapist, Mary Cripton, has over thirty years of experience in social work all over the world. She is a well known and respected name in the field of social work in the maritimes, and was a Professor at Dalhousie University School of Social Work for seven years. She is also a world-renowned instructor of Motivational Interviewing.

We are exploring many avenues in overall health, and are looking for people who are open to all the different areas of a person's wellbeing. We want to work with people who love what they do and want to be a part of our exciting new vision for wellness.

As an MSW, you will be meeting face to face with clients that are screened and matched to your specialties. You'll have the opportunity to work both in person in our brand new office space, and virtually from your own home. If you already have your own practice, but want to do away with all the extra administrative work required, we want to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS

Masters of Social Work Clinical Specialization Designation Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada Located in the Halifax area Registration with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers Valid Professional Liability Insurance in Nova Scotia Commitment to Ethics and Professionalism Bilingualism considered an asset

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
