Must be
registered
and in good standing with a recognized regulatory body (e.g., RCC, CCC, RSW, RPsych) Must holdprofessional liability insurance
or be willing to obtain it prior to seeing clients Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamNice to Have:
Specialized training (e.g., trauma, youth, EMDR, couples) Familiarity with JaneApp or similar platforms Previous experience in private practice
