Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of home care and community support services
Supervise, schedule, and support caregivers and front-line staff
Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans
Ensure quality of service delivery and regulatory compliance
Communicate with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners
Resolve client concerns and implement service improvements
Maintain documentation, reports, and care records
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement
Qualifications
College/CEGEP diploma (1-2 years) in social services, community services, social work, health admin, or related field
2-3 years of experience in social services, community care, or home care supervision
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain accurate records
Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
