to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for supporting vulnerable members of our community by helping them navigate challenges, access resources, and maintain dignity and independence. Working closely with our community leadership, volunteers, and partner agencies, the Coordinator plays a key role in the well-being of our constituents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support and case management to community members in need, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and others experiencing hardship
Conduct needs assessments and connect individuals to appropriate local and provincial resources
Liaise with Jewish and non-Jewish social service agencies to coordinate care and services
Maintain accurate records of client support and service outcomes
Support emergency relief efforts as needed
Work collaboratively with the Jewish London team to ensure continuity of care and proactive community engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field (B.S.W. preferred),
Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations
Strong knowledge of social services available in Ontario
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the Jewish community is an asset

Flexible scheduling based on client needs and Coordinator availability
Pay is commensurate with experience in the field
Hybrid work environment (some in-person work required)
Reports to the Executive Director of Jewish London
