This on-site position will involve a hybrid of social media and digital content management as well as medical office administration.

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creation and management of social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Assistance with administrative tasks and coordination of patient care including scheduling, providing quotations, inventory, etc. (Direct interaction with patients will be required for this role) Social media content generation with new posts daily (requires on-site presence) Ability to create professional and engaging reels Increase brand awareness through enhanced online presence Photo and video capturing, uploading and editing Assistance with reputation management and responding to online reviews Track and analyze social media metrics Generating promotional offers and sending marketing emails on a regular basis Website editing Collaboration with our advertising team Ability to work in a manner that is self-directed, diligent, highly efficient and fast-paced Positive attitude and commitment to providing a collaborative and exceptional work environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends and analytics with 2+ years experience is preferred Canva or graphic design experience is an asset Marketing/Advertising experience preferred Experience in some graphic design preferred Photo and Video Editing experience Experience with social media management tools Experience in plastic surgery or cosmetics is an asset The preferred candidate will be able to work autonomously and have a keen eye for optimal aesthetics and will be able to generate content that captures individuals in a professional, standardized and flattering manner Excellent written and oral communication in English Strong work ethic and attendance record
