Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads for our busy banquet hall.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).
Create high-quality, visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written posts.
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity.
Run social media advertising campaigns.
Track and analyze social media metrics and report on campaign performance.
Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers.
Contribute to the development of content for the company website and other marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and imaginative with a strong visual sense.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of graphic design principles.
Experience with social media analytics tools.
Experience with paid social media advertising.
Portfolio of past social media work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
