Job Summary



We are seeking a

creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Strategist and Digital Marketing Expert

to lead the transformation and expansion of our digital footprint. This role is vital in crafting and executing innovative social media and digital marketing strategies that engage new demographics, increase brand awareness, and drive bookings through multi-channel marketing.

The ideal candidate must combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution, deliver clear measurable outcomes, and be comfortable working with both regular ongoing tasks and discrete, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Strategy & Management:

Develop content calendars, maintain consistent posting on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms; foster community engagement, grow followers, and cultivate brand voice. Manage influencer and partnership collaborations.

SEO & Website Optimization:

Implement on-page and technical SEO, conduct local keyword research, manage blog strategy, and optimize Google My Business presence for local search visibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

Setup and integrate Google Analytics with website and booking system (Fresha). Monitor actionable metrics, analyze customer behaviors, track drop-offs, and optimize for conversions.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute segmented email campaigns, set up automations via tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or Dripify. Develop newsletters and service promotions to increase client retention and sales.

Digital Advertising (Optional but Preferred):

Manage budget-conscious paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and Amazon AMS, maximizing ROI.

Review & Reputation Management:

Drive customer reviews, address feedback, and enhance online reputation.

Strategic Planning:

Provide clear KPIs, regular performance updates, detailed digital reports, and strategically advise on ongoing growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, ideally in salon, beauty, or e-commerce environments. Strong SEO expertise, including local search optimization strategies. Excellent analytical skills with Google Analytics and social insights platforms. Hands-on experience with social media scheduling (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) and graphic content creation (Adobe Creative Suite preferred). Solid email marketing capabilities including campaign management and automation. Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns and performance optimization. Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and brand voice consistency skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and periodic campaigns alongside regular social media maintenance. Creative problem solver providing cost-effective and scalable digital solutions tailored for a small business.
