This position develops, creates, and implements a comprehensive social media strategy\xd9\xab aimed at increasing our web traffic and brand awareness. As a Social Media Specialist\xd9\xab you understand the importance entertaining, inspiring, and educating our audience. You should have excellent multitasking skills as you will be handling all our social media accounts in a cohesive way. You will also be working with and organizing all influencer partnerships. Main Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. \xc2\xb7 Management of social media channels \xe2\x80\x93 primarily Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest, including paid and organic experiences. \xc2\xb7 Manage\xd9\xab create and publish original\xd9\xab high quality content for organic and paid social media \xc2\xb7 Proactively seek and manage strategic and marketing partnerships with influencers, media, etc. \xc2\xb7 Manage and negotiate influencer partnerships and collaborations. \xc2\xb7 Define the most important social media KPIs, build KPI reports for the marketing team that highlights engagement, reach and costs. \xc2\xb7 Set up and monitor social media advertising to drive sales \xc2\xb7 Work with retail partners and their social teams on marketing initiatives \xc2\xb7 Work within Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager \xc2\xb7 Keep up-to-date with our brand audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Keep up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends \xc2\xb7 Create quality engaging short videos \xc2\xb7 Work with our web team Preferred qualifications & skills \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or Social Media Manager \xc2\xb7 Excellent at short video content creation for social media purposes \xc2\xb7 Comfortable being on and off camera \xc2\xb7 Excellent graphic design knowledge with photo and video editing skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of relevant email and social media apps \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communications skills \xc2\xb7 A strong sense of design and creativity, and a knowledge and passion for interior design We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a casual and professional in office work environment.
