You will work within Growth Marketing and the content writing team to create and execute a strategy that builds and increases ServiceRocket's organic social media presence. Daily responsibilities will include working with stakeholders to develop/edit/publish content for organic social media campaigns on various platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

Social media content should:

- Build brand awareness

- Be engaging, and compelling

- Adhere to ServiceRocket brand/voice guidelines

- Effectively exhibit thought leadership

- Showcase culture

- Drive traffic

- Grow followers

- Increase engagement

NOTE: this role will focus on organic, not paid, social media efforts.

Tasks will include:

Writing

- Organic social media posts, paid social media campaigns and other short-form content

Publishing & planning

- Create and manage organic posting calendars for each social media channel

- Publish approved content across different sites

Social media workflow

- Manage organic social media content journey including writing, editing, reviewing, and approving content

- Work closely with the design team to create supporting assets

- Work closely with product marketing managers on campaign strategy and execution

Optimization

- Optimize content using trending topics, hashtags and more

Maintenance

- On-going maintenance of social media channels and content (bios, profiles, etc)

Analytics

- Work closely with business analytics team to ensure the right data is being captured

- Analyze data to improve the impact of initiatives

- Monitor social media analytics to understand the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of each platform

Monitor trends

- Stay up-to-date with content, audience, and platform trends to ensure ServiceRocket stays current and follows best practices

Requirements

  • Creativity: We are looking for someone who is ahead of the game, brings fresh ideas to the table and can take our social media presence to the next level
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum of 2+ years of organic social media experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
