They handle managing social media profiles, creating organic and paid content, engaging with customers and followers, and developing educational, brand awareness, and conversion campaigns. The Social media Specialist will be working with our team of advisors and designers to launch video and ad content. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Growing our social media presence and follower count \xc2\xb7 Develop, maintain, and execute the social media calendar for multiple channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok) \xc2\xb7 Assist in informing the strategic vision for social media strategy (content, channel, engagement) \xc2\xb7 Creation of both static and video content from conception to publishing \xc2\xb7 Utilize Agora pulse to manage day-to-day posting and engagement. \xc2\xb7 Monitor, listen, and respond to audience comments and direct messages. \xc2\xb7 Track social metrics and reporting, monitor industry trends and emerging themes (monthly reporting and meeting) \xc2\xb7 Work with our content team to implement updates on social based on changes in audience behavior, website insights, and business goals. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including our design and advisor team. \xc2\xb7 Translate complex insurance concepts into simplified educational content for consumers. \xc2\xb7 Work with advisors and other employees to promote PolicyAdvisor content on their personal pages (coaching on how to best interact and promote our pages) Requirements \xc2\xb7 Experience running AND growing corporate or business social media accounts, with additional experience in communications, or content marketing (agency experience welcome) \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field is required. \xc2\xb7 Excellent short-form copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills, with extreme attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Broad knowledge of digital marketing including email, website, SEO, paid advertising, customer advocacy, and analytics that work in tandem with our social content \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of social branding and brand awareness campaigns \xc2\xb7 Quick learner with experience in social publishing, listening, and various digital reporting and CRM tools (Meltwater, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Marketo, Salesforce, SEMRush) \xc2\xb7 A data-driven, strategic and creative thinker, who is able to identify opportunities for growth \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of employee advocacy programs and how to implement them on social Salary and Benefits
