Your mission should you choose to accept it. Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and others, helping to build an organic audience, brand awareness, and increase conversions. You will work closely with the Content Marketing Team to develop original content for our social media channels, and with our Creative Team to develop images and video for social content. The ideal candidate would be an excellent writer and storyteller who can help capture a new audience through our social channels. During the day you will plan and execute on social media strategies, including interacting with our audience, promoting ScalePad in different channels, groups, and forums, and track results of social media campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to produce social content
• Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of ScalePad\xe2\x80\x99s social content
• Monitor engagement and interact with audience
• Create a social media calendar and syndication schedule for published content
• Help build a leads channel through social media networks.
• Capture and analyze social data and metrics to measure the success of every social media campaign

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills with a gear towards storytelling and creating original content
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook
• Experience managing multiple social media profiles
• Minimum of 3 years in a B2B SaaS company is a plus
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and make data-driven recommendations

How will success be measured:

• Increase in audience size of social media channels per quarter
• Increase website traffic through the social channel
• Capturing marketing leads for nurturing to help increase sales
• Audience engagement in social posts
