Job Description

Responsibilities:



Social Media Management



Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Promote in-store events, monthly specials, vehicle features, and dealership news Collaborate with the sales team for video content, walkarounds, and customer delivery posts Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy for better reach and engagement

Lead Follow-Up & CRM Management



Monitor inbound leads from web forms, social media, and third-party platforms Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally Qualify leads and assign them to sales consultants Track follow-up activities in our CRM (ActiveX/Merlin) Ensure no lead goes unnoticed

Sales Support



Assist the sales team with document preparation, appointment setting, and file management Help organize marketing campaigns, contests, and customer appreciation initiatives Support the showroom experience with digital signage, flyers, and promotional material
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
