We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales through effective marketing strategies, with an emphasis on social media engagement and community outreach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and telecommunications, with a strong ability to connect with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote Bell services and products.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat and LinkedIn.
Manage online campaigns, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Foster relationships with local influencers and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Assist in organizing promotional events and community engagement initiatives.
Design, develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications using
PHP
and
ASP.NET
.
Create and manage databases using
SQL Server
and
MySQL
.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Utilize
Visual Studio
for application development and debugging.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security.
Work with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into functional web interfaces.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.
Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and timelines.
Maintain version control using Git or similar tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement.

Proven experience in website development using

Familiarity with MVC frameworks and object-oriented programming.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other PHP frameworks.
Familiarity with .NET Core and Razor Pages.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Photoshop, CSS, Adobe Creative and more tools
