Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages. Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase organic reach and visibility. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital ad platforms to maximize ROI. Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and streamline workflows. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand goals and e-commerce initiatives. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.

Experience



Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques. Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of digital advertising metrics. Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and campaign performance. Background in e-commerce is a plus, demonstrating ability to drive online sales through social media channels. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
