Job Description

Our company is seeking an innovative and creative Social Media Specialist to work closely with our executive staff to monitor and analyze social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content, connecting with audiences and overseeing the development of our brand. The ideal candidate is an energetic, flexible self-starter capable of expanding our social media presence by strategically monitoring, measuring and reporting on campaigns in a timely manner.Responsibilities:

  • Research and implement new techniques for promoting a business' social media presence.
  • Create, manage, and execute social media strategies that build brand awareness and increase site traffic.
  • Find trending topics, monitor competitors' social media pages, and engage in conversations with potential customers.
  • Create strategies for sharing content generated by the company on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop social media content for the company's Facebook page, Twitter account, Pinterest page, Google+ page, and LinkedIn page.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries from followers and fans on social media websites.
