Job Description

147 Ristorante is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to assist us as we grow our restaurant by planning, implementing and managing our social media presence and organisation's online presence. We are looking for someone who is a creative thinker that has excellent attention to detail and their finger on the pulse with social media platforms - specifically Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok. We are looking for someone who can analyze trends & algorithms and take advantage of such patterns to reach maximum engagement on our social platforms. You must have a background in adobe programs such as Photoshop, Lightroom, (optional) Premiere Rush to create eye catching and brand identifying imagery.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the entire brand. Content management across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. Posting schedule is from Tuesday - Saturday

SPECIFIC TO INSTAGRAM- Story posts every day (we are open, daily specials, any events that are happening, uber eats promo). Two weekly reels that follow trends with high engagement. Three weekly static posts that craft a visually appealing and informative feed (photos of food spreads, new dishes, drinks, atmosphere, etc.) Instagram is our main focus, cross posting the same reels & photos onto tiktok and facebook is required - no need to create new content for different platforms. Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics. Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management. Responding to comments, DMs, and interacting with community accounts to keep engagement up, and build relationships. Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels. Monitor and respond to google reviews with a personal touch on behalf of the restaurant. Occasionally update our Godaddy website with photos and news. Occasionally set up collaborations with local influencers and news outlets. Live story posting on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays during busy hours (7pm-9:30pm) showcasing food & drink specials, staff personalities, busy atmosphere and any special events. Dedicate one night a week to creating food content for reels and photos during less-busy service hours. (Approx 2hrs to create content). Create special event posters using editing software to post on social platforms.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail. Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements. 1-3 years experience in social media marketing with references to previous work. Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google). A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content. Strong background in photography, video & photo editing. Savvy and up-to-date with current rapid changing trends. Background in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, (optional Premiere Rush).

MUST HAVE a DSLR

or high quality phone camera (IPhone or Pixel preferred) Must be able to come in person on during our busy service hours - Thursday to Saturday from 7pm - 9:30pm Must have a laptop and phone to work on. Must be able to come in person to make content

one day

a week during least busy hours - Tuesday - Saturday from 4pm-6:30pm. Must have experience/willing to learn with Facebook Meta Suite
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER BENEFITS

You will be able to work 10 hours from home, and 10 hours in person divided into days based on your preference. Hours are extremely flexible, we just ask that the posting schedule aligns with our service hours: Tuesday - Saturday from 4pm-10pm. All the food that you create content with can be taken home with you at no cost. Requested days off are extremely flexible & negotiable with management. Freelancing vs on-the-books is negotiable based on your preference.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
