Social Media Marketing Communications and Events Administrator ($45k-$50k)
What You?ll Be Doing - Marketing Communications (60% of your time):
- Write impactful and informative marketing content across multiple content channels our website and social media
- Organize, draft, and maintain the company newsletters
- Assist with the creation and execution of social media and email campaigns
- Monitor/update/maintain social media accounts
What You?ll Be Doing - Events Coordination(40% of your time)::
- Booking, organizing, and coordinating trade shows and conferences (4 major events, 12 minor events)
- Order, source and ship conference materials needed
- Direct the shipping/logistics of show materials
- Coordinate schedules with event attendees
- Compile leads received from various sources
What You Need To Be Successful:
- 1-2 years working in a writing communications role for corporate social media
- Resourceful, savvy, not afraid to reach out and get answers and provide solutions
- A self-starter, self-motivated, ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for corporate social media engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
The Bonus Stuff:
- Experience with Wordpress and ActiveCampaign is an asset
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite is an asset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office expertise
