Demonstrated professional experience in Photoshoot set-up, and Photography editing skills are requirements for this role, candidates who do not have experience with both will not be contacted. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ideate, write, edit and/or create content, distribute content on appropriate platforms and measure the results of social marketing activity
• Develop content calendars and support the day-to-day management of social media channels and platforms, build community and authentically engage with stakeholders by monitoring the company\'s social media accounts, interacting with users, and responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
• Increase awareness of our brand on social media channels (primarily Instagram and Facebook), create on-trend content experiences, grow our following, ultimately driving conversions
• As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and posting engaging visual content for multi-platform use
• Ensure the Social Media content is up to date with current Social Media & Influencer Marketing activities
• Perform Community Management of our Social Media platforms; social listening across the various platforms, engaging with customers and responding to customer inquiries
• Develop reports on emerging social media trends and industry trends, review analytics and create reports on key metrics
• Establish and maintain design standards throughout all marketing assets. Conceive and design advertising and promotional content (landing page, web banners, emails, etc.);
• Partner with customer care team to develop and maintain brand voice to drive positive engagement
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs

• College / University courses in Marketing and business an asset, with 3 to 4 years of social media and marketing experience
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Social Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience a definite asset
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, detail oriented, and must be a self-starter
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & Klavio or Wordpress
