Social Media Manager Location: Woodbridge, ON (Hwy 7 / Weston Road)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Year-Round (8 AM - 5 PM)

The Opportunity: Instawraps is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our Concord location. We are looking for an ambitious, innovative individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively. They should have a keen eye for detail, follow industry trends, and maintain excellent communication with customers, followers, and the management team. Key Responsibilities:

• Punctuality, reliability, and courteousness towards customers, colleagues, and superiors.
• Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy.
• Defining the most important social media KPIs.
• Managing and overseeing social media content.
• Measuring the success of every social media campaign.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
• Monitoring SEO and user engagement and suggesting content optimization.
• Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Providing constructive feedback and sharing ideas to enhance social media presence and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solver.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
