Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media contents, and strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, also photo and video shooting and editing.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok. Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity, including photo and video shooting, editing. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content. Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement. Conduct SEO research to enhance content visibility and improve organic search rankings. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and advertising to ensure strategies are innovative and effective. Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management. Excellent skills on photo and video shooting, and editing. Proficiency in using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools. Familiarity with graphic design principles; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable. Knowledge of SEO best practices and e-commerce strategies is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
