Job Description

We're looking for a driven, creative, and fast-paced

Social Media Manager

to join our team at Big Time Decent -- the company behind Rust Valley Restorers, Underdog Inc., and more. If you live and breathe content, thrive under pressure, and can jump between editing, copywriting, and campaign management -- we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Post daily content

across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube (Shorts, Reels, photo posts, stories, and more)

Cut short-form content

from full TV episodes -- highlight reels, promos, and trends Design static posts and thumbnails using

Photoshop

Edit dynamic video content using

Premiere Pro

and motion graphics in

After Effects

Stay on top of

trending formats

and apply them to our cast and shows

Manage and optimize paid ads

Track and report

on social media performance and analytics Collaborate with the post-production and production team to pull footage and assets Handle

tight deadlines and quick turnarounds

Must-Haves

Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) Experience managing multi-platform social media accounts (bonus if for a show or public figure) Familiarity with

Meta Ads Manager

and

TikTok Ads

Great eye for pacing, captions, and tone Fluent in

English

with excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and juggle priorities Available

in-office

(Burnaby) Deep understanding of

short-form trends and storytelling

Bonus If You Have

Knowledge of automotive, construction, or adventure-style content
