We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating social media content and campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and drive in-person sales. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about digital marketing, graphic design, and SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage social media content to increase engagement and brand awareness. Create and post photos, videos, and written content that reflect brand style and goals. Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all major platforms. Keep up with social media trends and competitor activity to find new ideas. Design attractive posts and materials using tools like Photoshop, Canva, etc. Coordinate and lead on-site content creation sessions or shoot days -- plan concepts, gather materials, and capture or assist in capturing photos and videos. Work with collaborators during shoots to ensure visuals are high quality. Update and manage our Wix website -- add new photos, pages, or promotions, and make small layout or text changes when needed. Ensure the website stays current, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand look. Review analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights or Google Analytics) and adjust strategies based on what performs best. Check all content for accuracy, spelling, and tone before posting.

Qualifications

Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand. Comfortable creating and editing photos and short videos (Canva or similar tools). Experience planning or assisting with on-site content creation (photo/video shoots, product setups, food styling, etc.). Basic experience using Wix for website updates and content management. Strong creative eye for visuals and attention to detail. Good writing, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable, professional, and comfortable collaborating with a small team during shoots.
