Overview:
Palapa Tours Toronto is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in graphic design is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, E-commerce, and online research techniques
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Familiarity with advertising principles
