Our client started it\'s operations in 2017 as a health and fitness oriented brand and since then there has not been any stopping. It is a USA based Company selling gym equipments and health supplements on multiple platforms including Amazon, Shopify, Ebay and Walmart. They are constantly expanding and will be shortly launching their own gym apparel range. Their goal is to give our customers the motivation, education and the tools they need to hit their fitness goals. Their vision is to be a one stop shop for all fitness needs selling everything related to fitness such as heavy lifting equipment, apparel, supplements, boxing etc. What we are looking for? In order to further this vision, we\'re looking for an expert social media manager to join the team. THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE A FITNESS FREAK HERSELF/HIMSELF AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH FITNESS MODELS AS A MUST MUST! Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop content calendar, owning scheduling / publishing of daily content per channel.
  • Partner closely with our Co-Founder and CEO for relevant content and storytelling moments (try-ons, brand stories, thought leadership, collaborations, etc.).
  • Act as channel owner for all social media channels within the organic ecosystem.
  • Create campaign plans for business and marketing priorities, including product launches, seasonal brand campaigns and key cultural moments.
  • Write creative briefs that give clear direction to our internal copy and design team, as well as agencies or external vendors.
  • Participate in seasonal asset planning to ensure that unique content needs / opportunities for social are captured.
  • Create and curate content, including photos, made-for-social graphics, post copy, video, UGC content, and more.
  • Play a key role in our influencer marketing efforts, including identifying brand-right influencers, relationship building, reposting content and engaging with influencer posts.
  • Own weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting on KPIs, including follower growth targets, engagement and traffic.
  • Own all social listening efforts, including hashtag monitoring, managing social media crises, and identifying real-time marketing opportunities.
  • Act as the subject matter expect for all content destined for publishing on social media.
  • Guide best practices for our social and conduct and present competitive research to inform our channel strategies.
  • Design, create and manage SMS and email campaigns on relevant channels.
The candidate will be working closely with the marketing team and the CEO to devise social media marketing campaigns etc.
