Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, along with proficiency in graphic design and analytics tools. The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and supporting overall marketing objectives. Must be able to use HootSuite, and have a good sense of humour for online engagement.

Duties



Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts. Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community interaction. Utilize tools like Hootsuite to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize posting times for maximum reach. Conduct keyword research to enhance content visibility through SEO strategies tailored for social media platforms. Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve campaign goals. Analyze social media performance using Google Analytics and platform insights to refine strategies and report on key metrics. Collaborate with others to align social media efforts with sales initiatives and promotional activities. Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice before publishing.

Requirements



Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management. Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite. Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns. Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Ability to develop creative content that aligns with brand identity while engaging target audiences. Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to adapt to evolving digital trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Work Location: In person
