Core Responsibilities
Content & Strategy
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok for both our brand and client accounts.
Stay ahead of digital trends and leverage AI tools for smarter, faster content creation.
Create engaging content: Canva graphics, reels, edited videos, and DSLR photography.
Write brand-voice captions with calls-to-action and relevant hashtags.
Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across multiple clients and platforms.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Hey Orca!, and native platform insights to measure reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Provide clear reporting to our clients and our internal team on a regular basis.
Recommend content refinements, formats, and posting schedules based on data insights.
Sales Support
Monitor inbound leads from social channels and route to the sales team.
Track lead sources, engagement, and campaign ROI.
Assist in CRM management by tagging and organizing social-sourced leads.
Support lead nurturing with direct engagement and tailored content.
Community Engagement & Collaboration
Respond to comments, DMs, and tags in a timely and consistent manner.
Build genuine connections with online communities and highlight testimonials.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, education, and design teams to align content with larger initiatives.
Run cross-platform campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
3-5 years of proven social media management experience.
Strong portfolio of creative and engaging work across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Proficient with Canva, DSLR cameras, video editing, and reel creation.
Deep understanding of management tools (Hubspot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, HeyOrca).
Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Social Media SEO knowledge is an asset.
Excellent client-facing skills with confidence in presentations and sales pitches.
G2 driver's license and access to vehicle is required
Bonus Skills
Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is considered an asset.
