In summary, what is the role about?





You will elevate the Bath Fitter/Bain Magique brand across all social platforms by creating engaging and authentic content. You'll lead the organic strategy, drive community engagement, and evolve our brand voice to boost awareness and connection. Embedded within a creative, cross-functional marketing team, you'll turn every idea into a high-impact social experience.

Ideal profile




3-5 years of experience managing brand social media accounts, including creating or supervising photo and video content; Proven track record of driving audience growth and improving social media performance; Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and cross-platform storytelling; Ability to turn creative ideas into measurable strategies, with strong organizational and prioritization skills; Creative, curious, outgoing, and solution-oriented mindset, everything is content; Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

Your responsibilities:




Develop and execute the organic social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for Bath Fitter/Bain Magique; Create or oversee the production of engaging content (short-form videos, stories, photos, social campaigns) in collaboration with the creative team; Manage the social content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing initiatives, and key brand moments; Drive community engagement and conversation in an authentic tone aligned with the brand voice; Analyze content performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, etc.) and provide recommendations for optimization; Collaborate with paid media, CX, retail network, creative, and PR teams to ensure cross-platform cohesion; Support influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives in alignment with the influencer strategy; Stay ahead of trends, emerging formats, and best practices to keep the brand culturally relevant.
