The Glam Lab is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager + Receptionist who is hungry, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing beauty brand. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content and thrives in a salon environment.

Who You Are

You have social media experience or you are an extremely organized, detail-driven person with the ability to learn fast. You are obsessed with beauty, trends, aesthetics, and staying ahead of the curve. You're the type who sees a trending audio, idea, or format -- and immediately thinks "my salon could use this." You are hungry for success: proactive, reliable, willing to roll up your sleeves, and do whatever is needed around the salon. You have a professional, feminine, customer-focused demeanour.
What You'll Do

Social Media (Primary Focus):

Stay on top of trends, popular formats, audios, and content ideas -- and bring them to me daily/weekly. Capture behind-the-scenes content, transformations, and aesthetic footage in real time. Assist with posting, planning, and organizing content calendars. Help execute a cohesive, feminine, luxe brand presence.
Reception + Salon Support:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism. Maintain a clean, organized, elevated front-of-house environment. Understand The Glam Lab's lash + brow services well enough to confidently book clients and answer basic questions. Support day-to-day salon operations (tidying, stocking, assisting staff when needed).
Requirements:

Experience with Instagram/TikTok content creation or exceptional organization skills. Strong communication and customer-service energy. Passion for the beauty industry. Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy moments. Reliability -- this is crucial. Fast learner. Familiar with Instagram analytics and reports.
Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time hours (primarily weekdays, must be flexible) hourly pay based on experience Opportunities to grow within a fast-scaling brand + future online media opportunities
